By accessing or using the MentorIA platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use our services.

2. Service Description

MentorIA is an online learning platform that uses artificial intelligence to offer interactive courses. The 'teachers' are AI agents, not humans.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to access unauthorized areas, interfere with platform operation, share your account with others, or use bots or automated scripts.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as per the chosen plan. You can cancel anytime, but there's no prorated refund. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content (courses, texts, images, code) is owned by MentorIA or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

MentorIA is provided 'as is'. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.
